Fitting Instructions

Dobinsons bull-bars are manufactured from high-quality structural steel and are CNC cut, bent, and welded to ensure accurate fitment, optimal strength, and long-lasting durability. These bull-bars are airbag and winch compatible and come equipped with practical features such as driving light mounts, turn signals, a heavy-duty black powder-coated finish, dual reinforced hi-lift jacking points, dual aerial mounts, and reinforced bull-bar wing tips.

They include a separate winch cradle that mounts directly to the chassis, allowing the weight and load of the winch to be supported without compromising the bull-bar structure. The main body is made from 3mm thick steel, with brackets ranging from 4mm to 5mm in thickness, and 1.6mm bash plates (note: some models may not include bash plates). The Classic Black variant also features 51mm upper loops.

All bull-bars are supplied in a standard black finish. Some photos may show painted bull-bars on display vehicles for promotional purposes, but color matching can be done by your local automotive spray painter. It’s important to note that due to the added weight of a bull-bar and/or winch, your vehicle’s ride height may be lowered. It is recommended to upgrade your springs with a matched pair to maintain proper height and handling.

Most models also come with center and side protection plates underneath, which are essential for shielding key components during off-road driving.
